- Responsible for taking care of customer needs, orders, and communicating and promoting MISUMI products and services to customers in each group under responsibility.
- Approach new registration customers, non-active customers via telemarketing, LINE, and email
- Web activity follows up for customers in the responsibility of getting orders.
- Maintains good customer relationships to get a strong rapport and provide them with the service transaction and product knowledge
- Immediately take care of all serious issues and problems
- Collaborate with related teams to solve customer problems and improve service.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience minimum 2 yrs with experience in Tele sales / Customer Service for 2-3 years or more in related industries.
- Able to use basic computer such as Excel and Typing.
- Have a positive mindset, service mind and can endure pressure
- Have good communication skills such as voice and emotion management
- Have responsibility and working plan
- Be committed and consistent to achieving the goals
- Good command of English (spoken & written) and proficiency in MS Office.
