Report to General Manager (Thai)

• Developing business sales plan that expands company’s customer base & successfully managing the sales team
• Achieve sales team targets by hunting new business
• Implement and developing strategies to improve sales team performance
• Having ownership in recruiting, target setting, coaching, performance monitoring and motivating sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Prepare proposal, and presentation to customers and various sales-related reports to management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing sales teams with Forwarder or Shipping Line companies
• Having connection with shipping lines is a must
• Proven record in sales and business development
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Must own a car and a driving's license
