-Strategic Supply Acquisition (The "Hunter" Role)
1. Consignor Acquisition: Identify and onboard high-potential sellers, including professional vintage resellers, established Instagram shops, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (VIP Private Collectors).
2. Inventory Sourcing: actively source "Grail," "Hype," and "Investment" grade to ensure our platform catalog is premium and competitive.
3. Partnership Deals: Negotiate and structure exclusive consignment agreements or B2B partnerships with offline luxury boutiques to digitize their stock onto SASOM.
4. Supply Pipeline Management: Build a sustainable pipeline of incoming inventory, ensuring we have consistent fresh drops of high-demand SKUs.

-Luxury Market Strategy & Intelligence
1. Supply-Side Strategy: Analyze platform data and market trends to identify "supply gaps" (what buyers want but we don't have) and direct sourcing efforts to fill them.
2. Pricing & Commission Strategy: Develop competitive commission structures and payout models that attract sellers while maintaining profitability.
3. Competitor Analysis: Monitor the "Secondary Market" and competitor landscape in Thailand and SE Asia to ensure SASOM’s seller value proposition remains superior.
4. Trend Forecasting: Predict resale market trends (e.g., rising popularity of specific vintage models) and position SASOM to capture that supply early

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years in Luxury Retail, Business Development, or Merchandising. Strong preference for candidates with Pre-owned / Resale market experience.
- You bring an existing network of connections (resellers, collectors, brand VIPs) that can be leveraged immediately.
- Deep knowledge of luxury handbags and watches (Model names, leathers, years, market value). You understand the nuances that drive resale price.
- You are numbers-driven. You understand how supply quality directly impacts GMV and Sell-Through Rate.
- You can look at the big picture of the Thai luxury market and identify where the un-tapped supply lies.
- Native Thai and Professional English proficiency.
