1.Project Ownership
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution for both current (Affiliate Program and In-App Live Streaming) and future growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and key insights.

2.Affiliate Program Growth
- Design and run end-to-end marketing campaigns to acquire, activate, and retain affiliate creators.
- Drive growth in affiliate KPls, including shared links, affiliate engagement, and GMV.
- Collaborate with product and community teams to optimize the affiliate experience and lifecycle.

3.In-App Live Streaming
- Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing both the supply side (live sessions hosted by sellers and creators) and demand side (viewer attendance and engagement) of SASOM's in-app live streaming feature.
- Leverage data to identify top-performing content types, optimal streaming times, and user behavior patterns to refine targeting and messaging.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in tech, media, or platform-based businesses.
- Strong track record of owning and scaling marketing programs with clear impact on revenue or user growth.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis.
- Comfortable leading projects across multiple departments with minimal oversight.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Looker, Appsflyer, Clevertap.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias toward action.
