JOB DETAIL

• Supervise the installation of commercial kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, gas systems, water supply & drainage, and stainless-steel fabrication.
• Oversee the installation of supermarket equipment including display freezers, chillers, showcases, and related system work.
• Prepare and develop drawings including Layout Plans, MEP Coordination Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings for restaurant kitchens and supermarket projects.
• Ensure all installation work complies with layout plans, MEP requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, installation teams, clients, main contractors, interior designers, and MEP contractors.
• Conduct site surveys, collect measurements, and provide technical solutions suitable for each project.
• Prepare site documents such as Daily Reports, Checklists, Additional Work Requests, and Issue Logs.
• Monitor quality control (QC) and safety compliance during installation.
• Perform equipment testing and commissioning; identify and resolve defects before handover.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Experience at least 2 years and must proficient in AutoCAD (Layout, MEP, Shop Drawing).
• Experience in commercial kitchen or supermarket equipment installation is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems relating to kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to travel to various sites as required.
• Able to work at night (according to store closing hours or installation schedule).
• Able to travel upcountry occasionally for installation or project supervision.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
• English level; Communication.
