JOB DETAIL
- Manage staffing process including recruting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding process.
- Develop training material and performance management program to help ensure employees' understanding of their job responsibilities.
- Create compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and payment survey, keep the strategy and pln up to date.
- Investigate employees' issues and conflicts and bring them resolution.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are complied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Partne with management to ensure strategic HR goal are aligned with business initiative.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staffs.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as HR Manager from hotel and/or resort.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.
- Familiar with payroll & HRIS program.
