Import Clearance Tasks:
- Monitor Flight & Clearance process. Including manage closing period with shipper.
- Be center person to coordinate between CS, Sales & Freight Forwarder & Shipping agent regarding shipment clearance.
- Respomsible for 'Freight & Clearance Cost Management (Check monthly billing, Making monthly report).
- Set up logistic new account (Shipping instruction, Freight time registration, E paperless).
- Responsible for HS Code management (Update database).

Shipping Document Task:
- Mange storage shipping document (Freight Forwarder)
- Responsible for 'Advance Duty & Vat Charge' (Check billing & issue payment request)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in any field. (Logistics related field is highy preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in supply chain management or related.
- Proven experience of coordination with customer service team, sales team & freight forwarders and/or shipping agents regarding shipment clearance.
- Must have TOEIC score 600 or higher

Flexible Work Hours:
Time-In: 7:30 - 09:00 AM.
Time-Out: 4.30 - 6.00 PM.
Flexible Break Schedule (1 Hour): 11.00-12.00, 11.30-12.30, 11.45-12.45, 12.00-13.00
Voluntary Work from Home: 2days/week (can choose any day from Mon. - Fri.)
