JOB DETAIL
Payroll Management:
• Oversee and verify payroll processes, including annual tax submissions (TAX and VAT)
• Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval.
• Collaborate with the outsourced vendor to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s business objectives.
• Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrolments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees.
• Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrolments, terminations, and adjustments.
Employee Relations:
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Provide consultation and organize labor relations initiatives that enhance mutual understanding between union , employees and the company.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's Degree : Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience : 2-3 Years in HR payroll or HRM.
-Microsoft applications and computer skill
-Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
-Language : Thai and English.
-Experience with outsourced payroll management.
