Overview
A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals. They act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand needs.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to deliver solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to create BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
• Understanding of data modeling and process mapping.
Experience:
• Typically, 2–5 years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
