- Lead and manage the civil engineering team, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Design, review, and interpret construction plans and drawings accurately.
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with clients, project owners, and contractors to resolve technical issues and provide engineering advice.
- Report project status and updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering regulations.
- Support problem-solving and decision-making on-site as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, including prior experience as a team leader.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in handling construction drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Willing and able to travel to project sites as required.
