JOB DETAIL

-To manage civil construction works in alignment with MEP system works.
-Supervise and manage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously, including both new constructions and renovation works.
-Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with MEP engineers, architects, and project planning teams.
-Control project costs, schedules, risks, quality, and ensure compliance with client requirements and Thai regulations.
-Manage and develop engineering teams and section managers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 15 years in the relevant field
- Minimum 10 years in managing industrial construction projects
- No Job hopper person
- English communication level / TOEIC SCORE is a must
- Having driver license but no need to have own car
- Strong leadership with calm demeanor, vision, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate clearly with Thai and Japanese teams, as well as with client.
