- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction with existing clients and create additional sales opportunities.
- Identify and approach new potential customers to generate new sales leads.
- Present products and services effectively and provide accurate information to customers.
- Prepare quotations and product specification documents for sales presentations.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and liaise with relevant departments for demo preparation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide correct usage guidance to customers.
- Assist customers with equipment usage or provide on-site service for disposable product types.
- Research competitors and share insights with the sales team for strategic planning.
- Open and close sales according to company targets to achieve desired sales and profit goals.
- Monitor sales performance within assigned territory and submit progress reports to the supervisor.
- Prepare and submit weekly work plans to the supervisor on schedule.
- Report work results based on planned activities and plan for the next customer visits.
- Summarize current sales activities, including products, prices, and project status per company requirements.
- Prepare summary reports of all customers, both new and existing, for company records.
- Provide sales forecasts to the supervisor as per company schedule.
- Work closely with the supervisor to enhance sales efficiency and opportunities.
- Attend monthly sales meetings and participate in marketing and sales planning with the team.
- Resolve and coordinate customer issues related to product problems.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and comply with company policies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience working in the field not less than 2 years.
- Have a personal car Able to travel to other provinces.
- Able to use computers well Have good skills in using English.
