Scope of Responsibility (3 Key Divisions)
1. Pawn Asset Management – Oversee general pledged assets such as luxury handbags, watches, gemstones, and other non-gold valuables.
2. Gold Asset Management – Manage gold items from pawn redemption, ensuring proper quality control, safekeeping, and reintegration into the retail market.
3. Data Management Division – Supervise the company’s asset database, including valuation, asset status, and movement tracking throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive asset management, covering inbound, storage, development/repair, and outbound processes.

- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient, secure, and traceable asset handling.

- Establish and maintain international-standard warehouse systems for high-value inventory.

- Design and improve tracking and data management systems to monitor all asset movements and ensure full traceability.

- Lead risk management and internal audit procedures to ensure asset safety and prevent employee misconduct or fraud.

- Supervise a large operational team (approximately 50–70 employees) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance, as well as external logistics partners, to align with business goals.

- Conduct on-site inspections and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

- Analyze data and operational reports to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance asset turnover.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

10–20 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Risk Management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management (Director/Head of Department) role.

Proven experience managing high-value inventory such as jewelry, gold, luxury watches, or branded goods.

Strong knowledge of asset care, preservation, and quality control for valuable items.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing large operational teams.

Highly detail-oriented, systematic, and security-focused in managing assets and processes.

Background in Luxury, Jewelry, or Asset Management industries is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
