- Develop and implement effective brand and marketing strategies for DECORTE in Thailand.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through marketing, sales, and training initiatives.
- Strengthen brand image and market positioning in the luxury cosmetics segment.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and report on brand activities, achievements, and future plans.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional brand experiences.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in luxury cosmetics brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of the ASEAN beauty market (experience in other ASEAN countries is a plus).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (Japanese ability is an advantage).
