JOB DETAIL
- Support and oversee the operations of the Sales Department (including credit evaluation, customer service, and debt collection) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Plan and implement projects to enhance work efficiency and continuously improve operational processes.
- Develop staff within the Sales Department by enhancing their knowledge and skills, including organizing activities to foster collaboration and engagement between different teams.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Age lower than 35yrs.
- 2-3 years of work exp. in Sales training or Planning.
- JLPT N2 .
