JOB DETAIL
◦Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
◦Prepare and edit various management reports and documents, such as customer and market analyses and sales reports.
◦Create and maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization of company records.
◦Attend management meetings, take minutes, and summarize key points for circulation to relevant stakeholders.
◦Develop and deliver professional presentations to support management's strategic initiatives and decision-making.
◦Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, contract drafting/review, and equipment maintenance.
◦Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
◦Collaborate with departments to gather, analyze, and present data for management reports.
◦Assist with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and related administrative tasks.
◦Perform other administrative or secretarial duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
◦Bachelor's degree in any related field.
◦1-2 years of relevant experience in Personal Assistant, General Administration, or HR support roles.
◦English proficiency at an intermediate level or above (TOEIC 650+ preferred)
◦Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
◦Strong organizational and communication skills
◦Ability to multitask and work independently
