JOB DETAIL
          - Managing a team of Sales Representatives that serve as the initial sales engagement to potential net-new customers.
- Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling.
- Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of successful sales professionals.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
- Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
- Comfortable with Contract negotiation
- Skilled with account planning, reporting, and coordinating what assistance you need from other areas of the business such as bid team, Technical/Solution Architects, etc.
           
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
            - Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development with knowledge of SaaS or Salesforce applications .
- Track record of successful business development in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environment.
- Proven sales skills delivering inbound & outbound experiences and building strong relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
- Experience managing all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
- Good command in English (Use to communicate with partner) 
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment.
