JOB DETAIL
          -Act as an HR advisor to top management and all department heads
-Build trust and strong communication with both Thai and Japanese teams
-Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organization development
-Develop and implement HR system aligned with business goals and group HR policy
-Drive talent management and succession planning, focusing on developing future leaders
-Support departments in organization design, manpower planning, and employee development
-Lead HR projects such as HR digitalization (e.g., systemizing resource and performance management currently managed by Excel)
-Ensure HR operations comply with local laws and regulations
-Manage HR budgeting and cost control
-Promote positive communication and employee engagement within the company          
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
            -Bachelor’s degree in related fields
-Nearly upper intermediate level of English (Required TOEIC 700+, but if you are confident in speaking English you are eligible to apply.)
-Must have experience in developing and implementing HR system strategic plans aligned with business goals and group HR policy
-Working experience in construction company with big number of employees is highly preferred.
-Strong communication and coordination skills with both Thai and Japanese management
-Hands-on and proactive working style
-Able to balance between strategic planning and daily HR operations
-Working experience in to build systems and improve HR processes
