At a frozen food trading company, you will lead market research, product planning, and development across ASEAN and European markets, while taking part in exhibitions and client meetings.

■Main Responsibilities:
-Market Research: Collect, organize, and manage information on market trends, consumer preferences, and products in ASEAN and European countries.
-Product Planning: Develop and propose new products based on market insights.
-Packaging & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate packaging design, labeling, and ensure compliance with regulations.
-Exhibitions & Client Meetings: Present menus, provide cooking demonstrations, and support sales activities.
-Sales Promotion Materials: Plan and maintain catalogs and other promotional tools.

■Collaboration with R&D Staff:
-Concept prototype support – provide guidance and work together with product design lead
-Support factory prototyping and line tests when needed
-Participate in production oversight as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Marketing, or related fields.
-Intermediate level of English
-5+ years in food product development, planning, or marketing
-3+ years of market research and analysis to create product ideas (any industry)
-Able to lead projects independently
-Experience in proposing new menus and engage with clients at exhibitions or meetings
-Food coordination and cooking proposal skills
-Knowledge of food labeling, standards, and regulations
-Understand sales promotion tools (catalogs, promotional materials)
