JOB DETAIL

- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and local farmers.
- Engage and invite farmers to participate in the company's agricultural programs, including profit-sharing schemes and trade finance support.
- Provide consultation and guidance to farmers on sustainable farming practices and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with farmers to improve crop yields through better crop management, soil health, and pest control strategies.
- Assist in delivering training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for farmers on modern agricultural methods and technologies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with rural communities.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and community engagement.
- Previous experience working with farmers or in agricultural development projects is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English

Ability to travel to farming areas as needed.
