[Recruitment Overview]
This position is for an Accounting Advisor at a Japanese customized van manufacturing company.

[Job Responsibilities]
- Although annual closing is handled by an external accounting firm, you will be responsible for internal monthly and annual closing procedures as a double-check.
- Daily data entry into the accounting system is performed by admin staff; your role will be to verify the accuracy of the entered data.
- Review various accounting documents prepared by admin staff, such as invoices and other financial records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in English.
- Check the accuracy of financial statements and documents prepared by the external accounting firm.
- Provide reporting and updates to the Japanese manager.
- Handle other general accounting-related tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- Must hold a valid CPD license.
- English skills: Lower-intermediate speaking, intermediate writing.
- Must be capable of handling monthly and annual closing tasks, including preparing financial reports in English and understanding English-language accounting documents.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (you may be required to visit government offices using a company car).
- Must be able to commute to the company using your own transportation.
