JOB DETAIL

• Network Infrastructure Monitoring and Support 24*7 shift rotation (Work 5 off 2)
• Configuration maintain various network and security device (e.g Cisco Palo-alto VPN QOS Dynamic Routing)
• Network troubleshooting and fault analysis by remote access based.
• Trouble ticket update info and response, Communicate with carrier / Vendor in hand (Case by case)
• Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis tools

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecom Engineering
- Experience 1-3 years have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tool
- Be familiar with Cisco product.
- Be familiar with Load Balancer equipment
- Be familiar with Firewall appliance
- Be familiar with support operation
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Good communication in English
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Network) or Association Level. (CCNA)
- CompTIA Network+
