JOB DETAIL

1. Supervise and control workload of service engineers and technicians.
2. Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work. Handle customer issues, resolutions, concerns and incidents to Senior Management.
3. Advises customers of necessary repair service including estimates of cost; also makes recommendations to customers for preventative maintenance and service contract.
4. Translate all documents and generate quick service guides to meet customer requirement.
5. Develop and maintain service materials and current product knowledge.
6. Handles customer complaint problems pertaining to service and repair work. Prepare a variety of status reports.
7. Supervises the training of service engineers and technicians with in-house training programs. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required.
8. Maintains in good condition all service tools and service vehicles.
9. Responsible for keeping shop area clean.
10. Responsible for the safety of service technicians and maintaining a safe working environment in the shop area.
11. Evaluating trade-ins and responsible for prompt reconditioning of trade-in equipment.
12. Orders and maintains adequate supplies and parts for service department inventory.
13. Responsible for drafting Service Business Unit operating budget to Senior Management.
14. Liaising with other managers and staff members to determine correct response to issue.
15. Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.
16. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience over 3 years in Service & Installation Medical Instrument, Surgical Ultrasound, HPB, Urology, Neurology, Vascular, Pelvic Floor, Colorectal and General Surgery )
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards.
- Has own car.
- Good command in English.
- Working knowledge of relevant software packages
