JOB DETAIL
1. Devise and implement comprehensive content plans across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram etc.)
2. Combined with hot topics in the beauty industry (such as ingredient trends, seasonal skin care needs), produce
engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience and to increase brand awareness, account
3. Collaborate with the marketing team, video editor team and graphic design team to ensure content aligns with
brand messaging and objectives.
4. Monitor content performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Manage a team of content creators to deliver high-quality, on-time content.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Prepare social media and website monthly report for further analysis.
8. Plan, develop and design strategies for advertising purchases.
9. Manage advertising campaigns on various channels Social Media Platforms Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram
Ads and advertising purchases on various Digital Platforms.
10. Demonstrate strong production knowledge, particularly in planning and executing model photoshoots-from pre-
production through post-production--ensuring all creative and logistical aspects are well-managed.
11. Possess a solid understanding of digital adverting strategies and platforms; experience in adapting visual
content for online campaigns is considered a strong advantage.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in content management, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
2. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop compeling, brand-aligned cont.
3. Proficient in content management systems, data analysis tools, and social media platforms such as Facebook,
4. Strong project management skils with the ability to priontze and manage multiple initives simultaneously.
5. Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies and marketing campaigigns.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilty to collaborate effectively across cross-fional
