This company is looking for someone who can support stable logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction, especially with increasing users and international shipping needs.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks—from hardware purchasing and inventory control to installation, customer support, quality management, and international shipping (mainly to the end-user).

**Main Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate price, delivery time, and quality with suppliers; develop new sourcing partners
- Plan purchasing, manage inventory, coordinate stock in/out, and conduct stocktaking
- Handle inquiries from domestic and international customers (especially End-Users), including returns, exchanges, and delivery adjustments
- Test and inspect cameras(CCTV) and network devices; handle defects
- Manage international shipping (including End-Users): prepare documents, handle customs, and coordinate with couriers
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams; propose operational improvements
- Manage camera installation tasks and coordinate with installation vendors
- Plan and customize hardware products
- Co operate with Japan HQ (*You will be communicating in Japanese)
- Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Must be able to speak Japanese Business Level or above (*JLPT N1 or N2)
・Must be able to speak English business level or above (*Intermediate or above)
・Must have at least 3 years of purchasing or inventory management
・Must have business level of EXCEL skills (*Must be able to use Vlook up and more)
・Must have Direct Sales experience (*Sales direct to client. not via agency)
・Preferred someone who have experience in Quality Control of CCTV or Network system
