- HR Strategy & Talent Development
- Act as an HR consultant and develop strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and design a Talent Development Roadmap to enhance employee potential.
- Establish guidelines for Succession Planning for critical positions in the organization.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support Employee Engagement Strategy and improve Employee Experience.
- Analyze Employee Engagement Surveys and design organizational development plans.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
- Measure Employee Engagement scores (%) and employee turnover rates (%).
- Performance & Talent Management
- Plan and manage the Performance Management System (PMS, KPI, OKRs).
- Develop a Leadership Development Program for supervisors.
- Design Succession Planning frameworks.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Create recruitment and selection strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage Employer Branding to attract high-potential candidates.
- Improve the Recruitment Process for greater efficiency.
- Change Management & Organizational Development (OD)
- Support smooth organizational Change Management.
- Develop Corporate Culture & Core Values Implementation.
- Facilitate the adoption of HR Tech & Digital Transformation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years of experience in the HR Business Partner or HR Generalist field.
- Experience working with executives and various departments to support business strategies.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations, or Change Management.
