JOB DETAIL

Position: Senior Sales Specialist/Sales Assistant Manager
Number of Subordinate: 0
Report directly to Chinese Manager (Based in Thailand)
Main Client: Local Clients


Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer management systems to strengthen relationships and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape; provide feedback and insights to management.
- Expand and maintain strong business relationships with domestic distributors and customers; actively participate in bidding projects to drive sales opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets and performance indicators.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with large and medium-sized enterprise customers; oversee the preparation and implementation of sales service plans.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and manage repayment processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maximize resource support and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, conduct data analysis, and utilize CRM systems to support planning and decision-making.
- Travel domestically as required to build and maintain customer relationships

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in international trade or business administration, or related field
- Native in Mandarin Chinese, fluent in Thai (both spoken and written), basic level of English.
- Minimum 3 years as sales from heavy equipment, mining, or construction machinery industry. (i.e. wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, motor graders, backhoe loaders, road machinery (Rollers, pavers, and compactors), etc.
- Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and marketing knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in report writing, data analysis, and CRM systems.
- Strong network and established relationships with Thai and Chinese customer in the construction machinery industry/sector.
- Willing to travel within Thailand and oversea upon requested.
