Team Member: General Manager (Thai), Asst. Manager (Thai), BD Rep. (Expatriate).

- Apply knowledge and understanding of the construction industry and fundamental mechanisms of global technology to support business development and project execution.
- Identifie trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements by tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locate or propose potential construction business deals by contacting potential partners by discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screen potential construction business deals by analyzing market strategies, dealing with requirements, potential, and financials by evaluating options as resolving internal priorities.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of company strategies and operations by examining risks and potential by estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Close new construction business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protect organization's value by keeping confidential information.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economy, or civil/building engineering or related majors.
- More than 5 years of experience from construction/civil engineering company with connections with key clients/potential business connections.
- Familiar with computer proficiency i.e. software commonly used in the construction industry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines: highly organized with excellent organizational skills
- Business level of English (To communicate internally and with clients/business partners in MNCs).
