JOB DETAIL

• Lead the development of new product manufacturing.
• Set quality control standards.
• Prepare and compile PPAP, APQP documents.
• Control the new product development plan to meet the customer’s schedule.
• Conduct trial productions to ensure smooth actual production.
• Develop parts to meet the conditions or specifications stated in the drawings.
• Develop parts to be cost-effective under cost data.
• Prepare mold repair documents, analyze repair methods, and conduct production trials.
• Provide support for joint evaluations with customers.
• Support customer audits.
• Organize meetings and hand over mass production products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have knowledge and experience specifically in plastic injection molding.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing design and trial production of new model product process development and APQP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Able to use design programs such as CATIA, SolidWorks, UG NX.
• Able to use 2D/3D CAD and read technical drawings.
