JOB DETAIL

Provide daily support to users of the ERP (SAP) system, focusing on the FI module.

Analyze and resolve system issues; deliver timely and effective user support.

Collaborate with accounting and SAP teams to ensure system functionality meets business needs.

Develop and enhance SAP functionalities to align with changing business processes.

Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and process flow.

Participate in system improvement and implementation projects.

Utilize basic SQL or query skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

(Optional) Perform basic coding for customization or system enhancement if required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of direct experience in SAP FI module, especially with System Integrator (SI) or in-house ERP team.

Solid understanding of SAP FI processes and integration with other modules.

Basic knowledge of SQL and query tools; ability to analyze data from backend systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-oriented mindset.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with both IT and accounting teams.

SAP certification or IT-related certifications are an advantage.

Experience with ABAP or basic coding is a plus.
