- You will be responsible for the day to day operational tasks You will ensure that all customers‘ freight arrives on time
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Handling bookings
- Monitoring shipments and keeping clients updated on progress/any delays
- Handling export documentation
- Liaising with shipping companies
- Liaising with clients/carriers on arranging collections
- Raising invoices to clients accurately and in a timely fashion

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of experienced in ocean export freight forwarding
- Familiar with FCL and LCL booking
- Groupage management experience a plus
- Good command in English
- Knowledge of shipping documents, B/L’s, AWB’s, Inco-term
- Demonstrates knowledge, resourcefulness, resilience, and stamina
