JOB DETAIL

- Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Guidance, coaching, and support to accounting team members.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal control improvements.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 10 years' experience in accounting and minimum of 5 years’ experience in team management
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing would be preferable
- Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft office
- Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, attention to detail and highly motivated
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good command of English
