Replacement Position
Report to Thai Manager & Japanese Division Manager
Number of Direct Subordinate: 4 staffs (3 Female & 1 Male)
- Supervise the work of 4 staffs (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits & Welfare, VISA & Work Permit, Training)
- Prepare job description and managing recruitment & employment process i.e. interviewing and handling orientation process of new employees.
⁃ Handle implementation of staff development system & procedures.
- Develop training and staff development program.
- Provide counsel on policies and procedures.
- Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
⁃ Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance.
⁃ Handle matters related to ESH & ISO 9001,14001, 45001 activities.
⁃ Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
⁃ Oversee the health and safety of all employees.
⁃ Handle legal Union and labour relations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- At least 5 years in HR field with management exp. in supervisor or asst. manager level from manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, benefits & welfare, visa & work permit, training)
- Intermediate level of English (As able to report/communicate with Japanese Division Manager.
