Responsibilities
• Inform and follow up for Import and Export shipments
• Prepare customs formality process and other process related to customs matter.
• Update Import and Export regulation and other information related to BOI and Import - Export activities.
• Contact the government for other related task
• Prepare and perform for the scrap material matter
• BOI registration

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any field
2. 4- 7 years in Import & Export / BOI in Japanese Company is preferred
3. Knowledge in Logistics, Import-Export is preferred/ or willing to learn Import-export and BOI’s job
4. Communication skill and computer literacy and knowledge in MS Officer, Internet and E-mail
5. Good skill in English (Email communication within international environment)
6. Good interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
7. Service minded, self-motivated, energetic and comfortable to work in dynamic working
