Review and verify monthly inventory balancing reports.

Prepare and analyze cost variances for raw materials and finished goods each month.

Oversee standard cost calculation for finished goods and ensure accurate set-up in the GMS system.

Prepare detailed Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports.

Monitor and report on slow-moving inventory.

Prepare and review CV Allocation Reports, Part Re-Evaluation Reports, and Finished Goods NRV Reports.

Supervise and guide cost accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve cost-related issues and support management decisions.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Cost Accounting, Accounting, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in cost accounting or a related area, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-leading role.

Good command of English communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

Basic tax knowledge.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

TOEIC score: 400–450.
