Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual business reviews, analyze sales performance & negotiate trade agreements.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with key customers at both head office & store levels.
- Manage product information, propose displays & coordinate with the marketing team.
- Plan, implement & evaluate promotions and in-store activities with purchasing & marketing teams.
- Prepare & present sales reports and business analysis weekly/monthly.
- Oversee trade deals, returns, and store-front management.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities & explore new business opportunities.
- Visit stores, conduct market surveys & coordinate merchandising staff.
- Monitor customer expenses and ensure documentation is submitted on time.
- Resolve customer inquiries while balancing company risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing budgets & sales strategies

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Modern Trade, or FMCG industries.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint are essential for reporting and analysis.
- At least Lower-intermediate in English (for presentations & reporting).
- Owning a personal car and having a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel domestically for store visits and meetings with customers.
