- Plan and drive sales, manage product sales in Modern Trade channels, specifically Mobile accessories , Skincare ([7-Eleven , Bigc , Lotus etc.).
- Contact clients to introduce new products (NPD) and negotiate TTA to achieve the best returns.
- Negotiate with buyers and coordinate to provide relevant information to support sales.
- Build strong relationships with partners and regularly meet with clients.
- Analyze sales, conduct market research, and collaborate with the marketing team to propose promotions that help drive sales for partners.
- Oversee promotional activities and provide support in resolving any issues for partners.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing Modern Trade clients is a plus [7-Eleven channel will be advantage ].
- Enjoy working with data and analyzing it using Excel, including Pivot and Vlookup.
- Able to travel upcountry occasionally.
