Position Level: Supervisor to Manager.
Future Opportunity: This position has the potential to be promoted to Factory Manager.

- Support Factory Manager(Japanese)
- Oversee overall Operation of a high-pressure gas (helium and fluorocarbon) filling plant
- QCD management (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Coordination with Bangkok branch and Japanese headquarters
- Coordination with suppliers
- Staff assignment, training, and evaluation
- Response to customer audits and external inspections
- Other related tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in from Engineering(MUST).
- More than 10 years experience as a Engineer in production line / If from GAS and Chemical would be plus.
- Fluent Level in Japanese.
- At least 5 years exp. as Manage role / would be PLUS.
- English proficiency / need to report Japanese Manager.
- Must have own car and driving license.
- Experience in the gas or chemical industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
