【About the Company】
This company specializes in machining and processing of automotive components and related mechanical parts. They are currently seeking a candidate to join their Sales & Marketing team, contributing to client relations and business development.

[About the Job]

- **Client Management**:
・Responsible for handling **existing customer accounts**. (Note: New client acquisition is managed by the Japanese Manager.　70%=Existing Clients, 30%=New Clients)
・Coordination between client and company
・Recording minutes-notes during meetings
・Managing CSR

- **Client Visits & Negotiation**:
Conduct **on-site visits** to existing clients to understand their needs and engage in business negotiations. (Transportation for sales visits will be provided via company car with a driver.)

- **Documentation & Reporting**:
・Prepare **invoices** and various **sales reports** as required.

- **Order Analysis**:
・Analyze and report on **order status and trends**.

- **Other Duties**:
・Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 to 2 years B2B sales experience OR New Graduates
- Intermediate level of Japanese skill (JLPT N2 or N1)
- Intermediate level of English skill
- MS Office skills (PPT,EXCEL,WORDS)
- Must be able to drive your own car to visit clients
