JOB DETAIL

- Oversee the day-to-day process of the plastic injection molding production lines, provide solution for mold and injection troubleshooting issues
- Implement mold maintenance process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency
- Maintain tooling to be proper condition and on time repairing/overhaul mold.
- Coordinate with mold maker to solve mold problem
5. Provide technical support and training to production staff to upskill their competencies
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant QMS document, health, safety and environmental regulations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a plastics injection process, mold maintenance process and mold repairing process.
- Strong understanding of injection moldings processes, equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Can read 2D, 3D drawing will be an advantage
- Good command of English with strong communication
