JOB DETAIL

- Oversee the day-to-day process of the plastic injection molding production lines, provide solution for mold and injection troubleshooting issues
- Implement mold maintenance process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency
- Maintain tooling to be proper condition and on time repairing/overhaul mold.
- Coordinate with mold maker to solve mold problem
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to upskill their competencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant QMS document, health, safety and environmental regulations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Must have minimum 2 years of direct experience in plastic injection.
- Working experience in plastics injection processes, mold maintenance, and mold repair.
- Strong understanding of injection moldings processes, equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Can read 2D, 3D drawing will be an advantage
- Good command of English with strong communication
