- Develop and implement production plans to ensure that production schedules and delivery timelines meet the targets.
- Implement and oversee quality management systems to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Control production costs, improve the efficiency of production processes and resource utilization, and reduce unnecessary losses.
- Build and manage a high-performance production team, including recruitment, training, and team development.
- Promote and implement the 5S methodology—Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
- Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure proper operation and good working condition.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with production process requirements, as well as adherence to relevant safety regulations and standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle production challenges.
- Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and process improvement methods.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce them effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive process improvement and efficiency.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
- Intermediate level of Chinese (HSK 4+) is a must
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday.
