Machine Operation & Setup
- Operate and set up SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines according to production requirements.
- Load and verify production programs to ensure accuracy before starting operations.
- Install feeders, nozzles, and materials in line with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Production Monitoring
- Monitor machine performance during production to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct first article inspection and verify placement accuracy.
- Record production data and report abnormalities to supervisors or engineers.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve minor machine issues (e.g., misalignment, pick-up errors, feeder jams).
- Coordinate with engineering or maintenance teams for complex technical problems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Education: High school diploma or vocational certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SMT machine operation or electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SMT machines (Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, Juki, or similar).
- Ability to set up feeders, nozzles, and production programs.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
