- Daily legal operation (Drafting & reviewing English contracts, Providing practical legal information & advice, Conducting legal seminars & training, and Resolving labor disputes if any, etc.)
-Contract Management & Corporate matter, Legal Consultation & Planning, Dispute resolution & Labor related, Training

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelors degree in Legal or Equivalent level, and Having Lawyer License over 5 years , (Barrister–at–Law degree, preferred but not necessary)
-Good at drafting & reviewing contracts in English, Can communicate smoothly with various types of people, Able to think & act independently
-Business trip to our factory, around 3 times per month
-prefer who has experience in Foreign companies including Japanese company.
