Job Overview
The Utility Chief manages all factory utility systems to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operation. Responsibilities include maintenance planning, emergency repairs, energy cost control, troubleshooting, coordination with teams and contractors, compliance with regulations, and monthly reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and control the factory's utility systems, including Electrical Systems, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, and Water Supply.
• Plan and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) and emergency repair works.
• Control energy costs and implement energy-saving projects.
• Troubleshoot and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system failures.
• Coordinate with the Production department and external contractors.
• Prepare and manage the utility budget.
• Ensure all systems comply with legal requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare monthly operational performance reports.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3+ years of experience in factory utility systems.
• Knowledge of Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Electrical Systems, and Water Supply.
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
