JOB DETAIL

• Execute Sales Strategy: Implement business plans and sales strategies as defined by the management to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop Overseas Markets: Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets outside Japan, with a focus on the United Kingdom, EU countries, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage and support customer requirements to ensure high levels of satisfaction with both products and services.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed the sales targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with Factory Teams: Work closely with internal factory teams to ensure successful new product development that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and business operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably with a focus on chicken processing or related sectors.
• Business connections to export customers in EU/UK market are highly appreciated. Connections to potential customers in EU/UK market such as:
o High Priority Targets: Jan Zandbergen, Vestey, Ferdinand Zanbergen, MHP, J Marr
o Moderate Priority Targets: Tyson Food Europe, Westbridge, Cargill
o Still Preferable Targets: Lamex Group (including Kappers Foods), Foodbridge, Meat Import, Oakfield
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for managing international accounts and business development.
• Proficient in English at a business communication level; additional language skills relevant to target markets will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of using ERP systems to manage sales data, customer information, and reporting.
