1. Procurement Process Management
Plan procurement activities according to the company’s requirements and continuously improve procurement processes to ensure cost, quality, and delivery deadlines meet specifications.

2. Supplier Management
Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier resources, establish long-term cooperation, and regularly verify supplier qualifications.

3. Cost Control
Analyze market trends, negotiate prices and contract terms to reduce procurement costs.

4. Contract Management
Monitor contract execution and handle issues related to contract breaches or disputes.

5. Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate with production, finance, quality, warehouse, and other related departments to ensure procurement results meet requirements.

6. Team Management
Guide and supervise the daily work of procurement staff to enhance professional skills and team performance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Thai (able to use as working languages). Candidates who are fluent in only Chinese–Thai or Chinese–English will be considered based on the interview.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related fields (preferred).

Highly responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure, honest, and able to strictly follow the company’s procurement regulations and transparency requirements.

Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation systems, and cost analysis, with strong negotiation and market analysis skills.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement and at least 1 year in team management. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Proficient in computer skills, especially ERP, Word and Excel.
