JOB DETAIL

The role will cover overall HR and GA (General Affairs) responsibilities for the company, with a primary focus on Human Resources related tasks including recruiting.

-Recruitment activities including job posting creation, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
-Development and revision of HR systems, work regulations, and employee handbooks
-Payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance evaluation management
-Providing HR-related advice and support to department managers
-Ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and liaising with relevant government authorities
-Planning and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace conditions
-Supporting accounting processes
-Managing office supplies and equipment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in related fields
-Intermediate (preferably higher than intermediate) level of English or Japanese
-More than 5 years of HR/GA related experience (especially HR related experience) to apply for this job.
-No job hoppers - If you have resigned from each of your last two companies within two years, you will not be considered.
-You are an ideal candidate if you have the following experiences:
1. Human Resources
-Planning and executing recruitment activities within Thailand
-Designing and implementing evaluation and compensation systems
-Payroll processing, social security, and tax procedures
-Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement or reduce turnover
-Practical knowledge of Thai labor laws

2.General Affairs & Administration
-Experience in office management, contract administration, and equipment/facility management
-Experience in planning and organizing company events or training programs"

-Ability to think independently, formulate hypotheses, and take action
-Capability to devise optimal solutions to assigned tasks
-Strong interest in KPIs and numerical targets, with a sense of ownership toward achieving them
-Appreciation for not only results, but also the process and continuous improvement
-Willingness to take personal responsibility rather than attributing difficulties or problems to others
