- Collaborate with production planning staff and receive production plans
- Supervise the entire production process—from receiving raw materials to final packing—to ensure timely completion
- Control the issuance and usage of raw materials and packaging to ensure proper allocation
- Allocate manpower appropriately across production processes
- Monitor and maintain production quality in accordance with defined standards
- Resolve immediate issues when products deviate from specified requirements
- Ensure readiness of equipment, raw materials, and machinery for production
- Prepare manuals and work instructions for machine operation and product-specific production procedures
- Improve and develop production processes to enhance efficiency, adopt modern technologies, and reduce costs
- Summarize production results and report issues with proposed solutions to supervisors
- Conduct meetings to review production-related problems and report findings to supervisors
- Prepare documentation related to various quality control management systems
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support production activities
- Provide suggestions and solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop personnel within the department to perform their duties with maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor subordinates to ensure all employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related fields.
- Have knowledge about Production Management, GMP/HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000
- Have experience working 5 years up.
