JOB DETAIL

In the Overseas Moving Division, you will be responsible for customer support services for Japanese clients, as well as assisting with duties as needed.
The role mainly involves office work (document preparation, handling phone calls), but there will also be occasions to visit the warehouse to facilitate internal communication between Thai and Japanese staff.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Japanese customers via phone, email, face-to-face, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, operations, etc.) and partners both within Thailand and overseas.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customers, and propose solutions to address issues.
- Support the sales team and managers in tasks that require customer interaction or business coordination.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Able to communicate in Japanese as a main, Thai as a Basic, and English as an intermediate (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the logistics industry preferably, but related industry is also welcome.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Patient and able to carefully handle step-by-step approval processes
- Able to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Responsible for handling confidential information and important documents
- Capable of coordinating with multiple departments and managing complex tasks in an organized manner
