1. Establish implement, develop, and manage a quality system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
2. Conduct internal audits and certified IATF 16949 and QMS company lead auditor activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Coordinate customer audits and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
5. Lead a team to achieve quality management system targets and business goals, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
6. Control and manage change to mitigate risks associated with products, ensuring that changes are properly assessed, implemented, and monitored.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree of Engineering (industrial engineering, metallurgical engineering
- 1-3 years of work experience as Quality Engineer in manufacturing company
- Has experience to work with Automotive manufacturing company or related field.
- Has knowledge and special ability to read Drawing (Auto CAD 2D 3D)
- Has knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF and IATF 16949 , APQP , PAP ,FMFA
- Good negotiation skill and good communication skill
- Intermediate level of English
- Able to use Microsoft office.
